Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026 · Applies to results.goldbergloren.com
Goldberg & Loren ("we," "us," or "the firm") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our free case review pages, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email intakes@goldbergloren.com or call (512) 960-3887.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the case review pages hosted at results.goldbergloren.com. Our main website at goldbergloren.com is governed by the privacy policy published there. This policy does not apply to information you provide after becoming a client, which is governed by your engagement agreement and by the rules of professional conduct that protect client confidences.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a case review form, we collect:
- Your name and mobile phone number
- When your accident occurred and whether you were injured
- The type of case (for example, car, truck, or motorcycle accident) and the market the page serves
- Anything else you choose to tell us by phone or email
If you call or email us instead, we collect the information you provide during that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our pages automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, which advertisement you clicked), and advertising click identifiers used to measure ad performance.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request for a free case review, by phone, text, or email
- To evaluate whether we can assist with your matter and to check for conflicts of interest
- To measure which advertisements and pages generate inquiries, so we can improve them
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of our pages
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional-responsibility obligations
We do not use the information you submit to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
4. Calls and text messages
By submitting a case review form and checking the consent box, you agree that Goldberg & Loren may contact you at the phone number you provide — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded message, or SMS text — about your potential case.
Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm or of receiving legal services. You may simply call us instead. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by calling (512) 960-3887 or emailing intakes@goldbergloren.com.
5. Cookies and advertising technologies
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion measurement on these pages. These tools set cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with our pages and which advertisements lead to inquiries. They may collect your IP address, device information, and browsing activity on our pages.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from calling us or submitting a form.
Our pages do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. Companies that operate our forms, hosting, communications, and analytics on our behalf — including Formspree (form delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Google (analytics and advertising measurement). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Within the firm. With the Goldberg & Loren attorneys and intake staff who evaluate your inquiry, and with co-counsel or referral counsel if your matter would be better served by another firm — in which case we tell you.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we used it
- Request a copy of that information in a portable format
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell or share it)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Residents of California (under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), Texas, Florida, Oregon, Nevada, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state statutes. To exercise them, email intakes@goldbergloren.com or call (512) 960-3887. We will verify your request — generally by confirming the phone number or email you gave us — and respond within the time your state's law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of that authority.
Some information cannot be deleted where we are required to retain it, including records we must keep to comply with our professional and ethical obligations as attorneys or to establish or defend legal claims.
8. Do not sell or share my personal information
Goldberg & Loren does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. No opt-out is necessary. If you would still like confirmation in writing, contact us at intakes@goldbergloren.com.
9. How long we keep information
We keep case inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and thereafter for the period required by our professional-responsibility and recordkeeping obligations — including records showing whether a conflict check was performed and whether representation was declined. Technical and advertising data is retained on the shorter schedules set by our analytics providers.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) of everything sent through our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive or confidential details about your case through a web form or unencrypted email. Tell us the basics; we will take the details by phone.
11. Children
These pages are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or legal guardian may contact us about an injury to a minor. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to other websites, including goldbergloren.com and third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
